Stelling is a self-catering holiday accommodation with three bedrooms sleeping 5 (+ travel cot) situated on the West Sussex/Hampshire border close to Emsworth harbour and the sea. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has many facilities on its doorstep for sailors, bird watchers and walkers alike. The historic village of Emsworth with its attractive square, quay, shops, pubs and excellent restaurants, is a pleasant 10 minutes walk away and makes an ideal base to explore the South Coast and South Downs.

The village of Emsworth is easily accessible by road or rail from London, being close to the A3 and A27M and Havant Station where fast trains from Waterloo Station can take just 75 minutes. (Slower trains from London Charing Cross/London Bridge and London Victoria call at Emsworth taking about 2 hours.) Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are also within easy reach (approximately 1 hour by car) and ferries from Portsmouth will take you to the Isle of Wight and to the Continent.
